Bhagwant Maan Chief Minister Punjab government has given government jobs to more than 28 thousand youth within one year which is a historic initiative. These words were expressed by Mr. Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, Minister of Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab today while distributing appointment letters to 29 sanitation workers at Nagar Panchayat Ajnala.
S: Dhaliwal said that all these workers used to work through contractors and their salary was very low. He said that the first main objective of our government was to eliminate unemployment from across the state and to strengthen the departments .
He said that within two months, contract workers words will be removed from the government departments and all the youth will be given permanent jobs.Mr: Dhaliwal said that the previous governments did not appoint any government employee. He said that we don't talk but do the work.
He said that this is the first time that the government has started giving jobs to the youth within its first year. While the previous governments used to these task as tool and give jobs only to get votes in the last year. He said that work is being done with full transparency in government recruitment.
On this occasion Nagar Panchayat Ajnala President Mr. Jaspal Singh Dhillon, Mr. Baldev Singh Babbu Chetanpura, Mr. Khushpal Singh Dhaliwal, Mr. Gurdev Singh Ward Incharge, Gurnam Sigh, Narinderpal Singh Dhillon, Mr. Amit Aul, Mr. Gurjant Singh Soni. Besides, a large number of local residents were present.
