DC Rajouri Vikas Kundal kick starts work on Channi to Bakhar Road

Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today kick started construction work on Channi to Bakhar road. DDC Member Seri, Sangeeta Sharma; BDC Siot, Bal Krishan; ADC Sunderbani, Vinod Kumar Behnal; CPO, Mohammad Khurshid and ExEn PMGSY, Subash Chander were also present on the occasion.

The ExEn PMGSY, Subash Chander informed that the 4.5 KM road estimated to cost Rs 4.68 crore would benefit about ten thousand souls. While interacting with the locals, the DC congratulated them and said that the Government was committed to provide the best possible relief to the general public in terms of connectivity to minimize the sufferings of the commuters.

He also said that a number of connectivity projects are being executed by different departments in the district and dedicated efforts are in place to complete these projects within the stipulated timeline to provide necessary benefits to the public.
