As a part of Good Governance initiative of UT Government of J&K under the aegis of “Prashasan Gaon Ki Aur”- a Nation-wide campaign for Redressal of Public Grievances and Improving Service Delivery in the rural areas, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar Sham Lal today visited  Sub Division Chhatroo to redress the grievances of people and to review the Service Delivery mechanism of Govt departments.

During the visit at Block headquarter Inderwal, the ADDC, in presence of Director RSETI Sumit Gupta; BDO Chhatroo, Tasleem Javaid Wani; SDAO Marwah, Manzoor Ahmed and local PRIs inaugurated a 10 day  Skill Development Programme on Project Unnati for Skilling of MGNREGA Workers/farmer Trainees organised by SBI RSETI in Collaboration with RDD  at BDO Office Inderwal (Chatroo).

Speaking on the occasion, he stressed the RSETI officer to lay focus on harnessing and upgrading the skills of the farmer trainees about the usage of latest agriculture techniques  to enhance their income.

Earlier, the ADDC inspected Tehsil Office Chhatroo and reviewed the Online Revenue Services provided for the ease of people. He also enquired from the visitors about the Public Delivery services being provided by the Tehsildar’s office.

The people expressed satisfaction over the functioning of the offices in the Sub Division Chatroo. Meanwhile, the ADDC listened to the issues of locals and PRIs along with Mentor for Panchayat/CDPO Inderwal Kuldeep Kumar, BDO Inderwal, PRIs. 

Several  grievances of people were resolved  on the spot at Panchayat Chhatroo Lower A under the initiative Prashasan Gaon ki Aur.
