Haryana Home and Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij, while redressing the complaint of the complainant, directed the SP of Palwal district to present the woman sub-inspector who did not take action in the rape case registered in Palwal district. Within a few hours, SP Palwal while spotting the line to the female SI informed the Home Minister Anil Vij about it.
On Saturday, Home Minister Anil Vij’s organized a Janata Darbar at PWD Rest House in Ambala Cantonment to redressing to the problems of the complaintants in which about five thousand complaints received.
Meanwhile, a woman from Palwal district told Home Minister Anil Vij that no action was being taken by SI Rekha of Women's Police Station in the case of rape registered in Police Station Chandhat and the accused were not being arrested in this case.
Home Minister Anil Vij reprimanded Palwal SP in this matter and directed to take strict action in the matter. He instructed to take action against the sub-inspector posted in the women's police station in this matter, on which, within a few hours, SP Palwal, while presenting the line to the woman SI, informed Home Minister Anil Vij in writing on WhatsApp.
In the Janata Darbar, Home Minister Anil Vij appeared stern and reprimanded the police officers for not taking action on the complaints of the complainants. The minister called for action taken reports sent earlier from senior police officers in several cases. Not only this, SIT was also formed by Minister Vij in many cases.
*“If any officer shows laxity even on the request application sent by me, I will not spare him”*
Home Minister Anil Vij said during a conversation with media persons that "If a person is unhappy with the constable, he goes to the head constable, if he is unhappy with the head constable, he goes to the inspector, he is unhappy with the inspector, then he goes to DSP, unhappy with DSP he goes to ASP, unhappy with ASP he goes to SP, goes to IG and then he comes to me.
I will not spare if any officer shows laxity even on the request applicatoin sent by me. Because where should that person go after this, so I have issued an order that the application sent by me will not be investigated by an officer not lower than DSP rank and this will not go to the same range (in the investigation area i.e. police station area) from where the application has come. If this request application goes to him, I will take strict action.
In response to a question regarding organizing Janata Camp, the Home Minister said that we will listen to all the people who come here. Now we have fixed a time limit, those who come inside by one o'clock in the afternoon, will listen to them, even if it takes the whole night.

Divyang from Rewari complained to Home Minister Anil Vij for not taking action in the assault case, on which Minister Vij instructed to re-investigate the matter by other district police. Similarly, Home Minister Anil Vij instructed the police to take action against those who were negligent in not registering the case and for not registering the case of assault on a youth in Palwal.
Home Minister Anil Vij directed action taken report in the matter and action against those who were negligent in the investigation, for not taking action in the case of assault on the woman's husband in Kurukshetra also. On the other hand, a woman from Jhajjar complained about no action being taken in her husband's suicide case, on which Home Minister Vij called SP Jhajjar and gave strict instructions to arrest the accused soon.
*Fraud of 57 lakhs in the name of selling house, Minister Vij formed a committee under the ASP and directed to investigate*
Complainant who came from Panchkula in the Janata Darbar of Home Minister Anil Vij said that in the name of selling the house, the accused have cheated him of Rs. 57 lakhs. Home Minister Anil Vij has summoned the Panchkula Police Commissioner to answer on who was negligent in forming an inquiry committee under an ASP rank officer in the matter and registering the case. Minister Vij has called for this report within the next 15 days.

In many cases in the Janata Darbar, Minister Anil Vij has also called for answers from the Superintendents of Police of the concerned districts for not taking action. The complainant from Hisar district told that the accused in the assault case could not be caught till now, on which Minister Vij asked the SIT to investigate the matter and the SP to reply on the delay in the case.
A complaint was made by the complainant about no action being taken in the land dispute case in Pundri, on which Minister Vij issued an inquiry into the matter from ADGP rank officers and has summoned the reply for not taking action till now. Home Minister Vij has called for this report within 15 days.
*Complaint of parents in case of murder of son in Gurugram, Minister Vij gives to State Crime*
In the Janata Darbar, parents from Gurugram complained about no action being taken in the murder of their son, the family told that the police is calling their son's death a suicide, while it is a case of murder. In this matter, Home Minister Anil Vij instructed the State Crime Bureau to investigate the case.
Despite no action being taken in the matter affecting Palwal district, Minister Vij summoned the action taken report from the SP Palwal.In the land dispute case in Jind district, Minister Vij directed IG Hisar to pro-actively investigate the matter and take action against the guilty officials who did not report the action in this matter, as well as to give the report within 10 days.
During the Janata Darbar, many cases of Kabutarbaji came to the fore. Home Minister Anil Vij said that SIT has been constituted in the state to deal with these cases. Such cases that came to the court were also sent to the SIT. Similarly, other cases of Kabutarbaji also came up which were directed to determine the SIT for investigation. Apart from this, in many other cases also, Home Minister Anil Vij, while hearing, gave directions to the officials to take action.
