Additional District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Sham Lal today chaired a meeting of the Rural Development Functionaries  to review the progress of Rural Development Department works executed under the District Capex Budget 2022-23 here at conference Hall DC Office complex.

Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Atul Dutt Sharma; District Panchayat Officer Kishtwar Sunil Bhutyal;All the Block Development Officers, ExEn REW Bashir Ahmed, besides AEEs,AEs attended the meeting.

The ADDC Kishtwar took a detailed review of Block wise progress achieved under different works being executed under the District Capex Budget 2022-2023 in the RDD sector. During the meeting, ADDC Kishtwar stressed to mobilise the resources at the work site so that the work is completed by the end of December 2022, keeping in view of the unfavourable weather conditions ahead.

He instructed the BDOs to expedite expenditure and  ensure cent percent utilisation of funds besides sticking to the quality of works. The BDOs were further directed to submit the list of completed works to ExEn REW and EXEN REW should prepare bills for the treasures by 10th December 2022.
