Information and Higher Education departments today jointly accorded an affectionate adieu to Principal Secretary, Rohit Kansal, on his transfer to the Center Government.Senior officers of both the departments appreciated and highlighted the contribution of Kansal while serving as Principal Secretary in the government of Jammu and Kashmir.
