APJ College of Fine Arts Jalandhar and PCM SD College For women Jalandhar won overall trophies in 'A' and 'B' divisions

'C' Zone Zonal Youth Festival of Jalandhar district colleges of the Guru Nanak Dev University concluded in Dasmesh Auditorium of the University. In 'A' Division APJ College of Fine Arts Jalandhar  bagged the first position,  Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar secured the second position and  DAV College Jalandhar  was adjudged the third best team. 

In ‘B’ division, PCM SD College for women Jalandhar secured the first, St Soldier Law College Jalandhar second and Trinity College Jalandhar got third position in this festival. The competitions for theatre events, fine arts and literary events were held on the concluding day.

Eminent personality, Dr. Gurbilas Singh, Gastroenterologist was the chief and Prof. Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vice Chancellor presided over the function.Dr. Gurbilas Singh and Prof. Anish Dua, Dean Students' Welfare  gave the trophies to winning teams.

Dr. Singh congratulated the winners and encouraged the participants to take part with full hardwork and dedication. Dr. Tejwant Singh Kang, Convener said that Inter-Zonal Youth Festival of the Guru Nanak Dev University will be organized from November 20 to 22, 2022.
