The Punjab Government in the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will not allow anyone to disturb peace and peace and communal harmony will be maintained at any cost in the state. 

Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, Rural Development and Panchayat Minister Punjab today said this while addressing a function organized to hand over appointment letters to 21 beneficiaries in the Rural Development Panchayat Department at the District Administrative Complex here today.

KIuldeep Dhaliwal said that the present Punjab government has given more than 25000 government jobs in a short period of last 7 months. He said that the Punjab government is fully committed to provide maximum job opportunities to the youth in the state. 

He appealed to the newly recruited youth to work with full sincerity and tirelessly to make 12560 villages of the state Rangla Punjab. He asked the youths to work as per the guidelines of the department and provide good timely and hassle free services to the people.

The Rural Development Minister while talking to media persons on the sideline of the function said that the Punjab government stands with the NRI Punjabis and their all grievances would be addressed on priority and they will have to face any kind of difficulty. 

In response to a question from journalists regarding an incident with the NRI Family during a marriage function, he said that all the accused have been caught and none of the accused will be spared. 

He said that the opposition parties are deliberately giving political color to this incident. He also clarified that this incident took place due to the mutual grudge between the two liquor contractors and the NRI Punjabi family had to suffer this loss, which he regretted.

Addressing the newly recruited youths on this occasion, Director Rural Development and Panchayat Department Mr. Gurpreet Singh Khaira said that the job cases of dependent families were pending for the last two years and as per the direction of the Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann these job letters have been given without any further delay

Additional Deputy Commissioner Mr. Ranbir Singh Mudhal, Deputy CEO Kapurthala Mr. Gurpratap Singh, District Development and Panchayat Officer Mr. Satish Kumar, Mr. Satpal Sokhi, Advocate Rajeev Madan and other officials were also present.
