“Nidhi Aapke Nikat” and “Pension Adalat” for the month of NOVEMBER, 2022 were conducted by EPFO Regional Office, Jammu today here from 10:00 AM to 05: 00 PM for the stakeholders of Jammu & Kashmir.

The EPFO is servicing the entire area from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with regard to settlement of claims, redressal of grievances, and facilitating stakeholders and so on. Considering the large number of grievances and to ensure service delivery at doorstep, various online initiatives of EPFO such as balance enquiry, filing of online claims including transfer and Covid-19 advance claims and members’ basic details were explained with hands-on demonstration.

Digital Life Certificates of Rashid Khan, Kuldeep Kumar and Sarista Devi Chib were updated during the “Nidhi Apke Nikat” program. Ali Mohammad from J&K Housing Board attended the program with the grievance that his TDS deducted and he was advised to file ITR.   

Rattan Lal, an employee of M/s. Rashida Begum visited to know the status of his Joint Declaration, the same was updated. Soahard Puri, an employee of HDFC Bank appeared in the program to update his missing detail.PF Commissioner gave order to concerned officials to process the same.

An employee of M/s Tilak Raj Gupta appeared with request of complete change in name from Pardeep Kumar to Shri Kura Ram. His employer was asked to provide the documentary evidence. The PF Commissioner after talking with the Principal Employer and verifying all the documents gave order to Rajander Kumar, SS to process the joint declaration and the same was updated.

Renuka Raina, an ex- employee of Pragmatic Institute of Education, appeared with the grievance that her employer was not updating her date of exit. P F Commissioner, Rizwan Uddin personally talked with the employer and asked him to update the same.

Raj Kerni was unable to avail the benefit of online services provided by EPFO. Her Bank and PAN KYC was initiated after re-setting her Password and she was advised to update it by Employer.Bipin Kumar, AO, Pranav Gupta, ASO, Mukesh Kumar (Section Supervisor), and Kanchan and Shilpi, helped in smooth conduct of “Nidhi Apke Nikat’ and “Pension Adalat” Programme.

The endeavor of ‘Nidhi Apke Nikat” and “Pension Adalat” programme has always been to redress the maximum number of cases/grievances the same day or at the earliest.
