During the interaction, a discussion to improve the redress of public grievances ensued. The Minister suggested that workshop may be organized with the officials dealing with public grievances in the Central and State Governments and also establish a helpdesk to screen, guide and direct applicants to send their grievances to the right office/organization.Referring to Prime Minister’s promise for bringing good governance in the country,    Dr.Jitendra Singh stated that the role of Department of Administrative Reforms assumes importance in this regard.
