Additional District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Sham Lal, today conducted a surprise inspection of Government Offices in the DC Office Complex to check staff attendance and their working.He inspected ACD Office,DPO Office, CEO Office, Chief Agriculture Officer’s Office, Project Manager's Office for Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP), CMO Office, Chief Horticulture Officer's Office.

He checked the  attendance and functioning of  Online Services  of the departments.The departments were asked to implement Biometric Attendance System (BAS) and to adopt an empathetic approach in the deliverance of designated Services.

The HODs were further directed to ensure Sanitation and cleanliness in and around the  Offices and judicious utilization of accommodation and proper spacing in the offices.The District Administration Kishtwar has issued a circular asking the HODs to ensure the implementation of biometric attendance system and the Physical presence of officials during the office hours through proper monitoring system, failing which strict action shall be initiated against defaulters under service rules.
