In compliance to the directions of District Development Commissioner, Ganderbal, Shyambir in order to ensure the smooth movement of the migratory tribal families to their respective destinations, a convoy of nine trucks harbouring tribal families along with their livestock was flagged-off today from pick up points Kullan and Naranag by District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson, Nuzhat Ishfaq in presence of District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Ganderbal.
The initiative launched by the government aims at ensuring hassle free transportation of the tribal families to their destinations. The process shall continue for a month till all the migratory tribal families reach back their destination.
