The Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Gurez, Dr. Mudasir Ahmad today chaired a meeting of officials and BLOs to review the progress of Special Summary Revision in Sub Division Gurez.The meeting was attended by BLOs and other concerned.
The SDM directed the BLOs to speed up the process of enrollment of new eligible voters and collection/updating of Aadhaar Numbers. The BLOs were advised to make sure that the process of door to door survey will be completed within the stipulated time period as prescribed by the Commission.
The grievances/ confusions regarding the deletion and shifting of voters were discussed and DLMT gave important guidance for submission of Form 7 and Form 8.
