The annual Shree Pingla Devi Yatra commenced today with religious fervour and gaiety.On the eve of the first Navratra, the 36th Akhand Jyoti was lit at Pingla Devi Chabutra Ramnagar by Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Gopal Singh and Swami Ram Dev Shiv Lok Ashram, Ramnagar.

Organiser Akhand Jyoti Committee Shree Pingla Mata ji, Vinay Jandial stated that the Jyoti will be kept here till October 1, 2022 for public Darshan and on next day  on October 2, the sacred Jyoti would be taken to Cave Shrine Mata Pingla Devi ji Darbar situated at Village Pinger about 20 KM from Ramnagar amid chanting bhajan and Kirtan. He also informed that the Navratra festival also  started from today during evening hours and it will continue  till Dussehra.

Tehsildar, Ramnagar Srinath Suman; Divisional Forest Officer, Ramnagar, Kuldeep Kumar; CDPO, Nawaz Sharif,  Sarpanches besides prominent citizens and a large number of locals including men, women and children were present on the occasion.
