What Is the EB-5 Program?
This EB-5 program is the most prominent immigration program in the US immigration program. As it allows foreign investors to obtain green cards for themselves in the US. With an investment of around $8,00,000, they can approach the commercial enterprise in the US.
Now, this EB-5 program will make it easier for foreign investors to immigrate to the country. It will allow the investors to obtain green cards for the US and also for their qualifying family members, including their spouses and children under the age of 21, with an investment of $ 80,00,000 into a new commercial enterprise in the US.
This investment will allow the investors to meet various investment and job creation requirements.
This Act reauthorized the EB-5 program for foreign investors for the next five years. This is the first time ever that the EB-5 Regional Centre program has received a lengthy reauthorization, since 2015.
