The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting of officers to review the implementation and progress of Mission Youth schemes in the district.During the meeting, progress of all the Mission Youth Schemes viz. Mumkin, Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative, Tejaswani and HomeStay were discussed. 

The DC impressed upon all the stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of all schemes. He also instructed the concerned to cover most of the unemployed youth under Mission Youth J&K's Home Stay Scheme in the identified Tourist potential areas of the District. 

Besides, the chair stressed for conduct of awareness camps regarding the Home Stay Scheme in the recently approved tourist villages viz. Banimullah, Qaimoh, Malwan, Behibagh, Kutabal, Hallan Manzgam, Chimmer, Badibehak, Vaseknag with the involvement of PRIs, youth clubs and NRLM SHGs along with the local youth of the area for the decent livelihood generation for unemployed youth of the area.The meeting was attended by Joint Director Planning, General Manager DIC Kulgam, District Statistics and Evaluation Officer, Assistant Director Employment among others.
