Co-Prabhari for Himachal Pradesh Devender Singh Rana today exuded confidence that the BJP will retain and form the next government in the State with a splendid majority, given its track record of public service and unflinching commitment to nation building, saying continuity in governance is in the larger interest of holistic development, growth and much needed job generation.

“Being a force to reckon with, the BJP will establish a new milestone of victory in the upcoming elections, which will set a tone for India becoming Vishwaguru under the visionary and charismatic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi”, Mr Devender Rana said while addressing the Karykartas of the Shimla Mandal at Panchayat Bhavan here, adding what more can be the privilege for Himachal Pradesh than being the Karambhoomi for the Indian odyssey towards its destined global role.

The Co-Prabhari dwelt in detail on the initiative taken by the BJP government with regard to development, growth, job generation, implementation of various welfare schemes and said these will get renewed fillip in the next five years. The double engine governments at the Centre and in the State will see Himachal Pradesh registering new milestones in every sector of the economy and development, he added.

He said the people of Himachal Pradesh will not only be returning the BJP to form the government for serving them again but injecting a new vigour and dimension to the vision of the Prime Minister, who has anchored the country’s ship to newer destinations after braving many turbulences and challenges, especially in the wake of the global pandemic.

When the entire world was suffering from gloom and despair, India stepped in with a ray of hope, not only by sharing the Covid vaccines with most of the nation states as part of its guiding philosophy of Vasudeva Kutumbkam but registered a record by carrying out over 200 crore vaccinations  at the domestic front.

He said the Prime Minister kept the national momentum going which resulted in India taking over the United Kingdom by clinching the tag of the world’s fifth economy.Mr Devender Ran also referred to the crucial welfare measures like providing free rations to 80 crore population across the country post Covid, direct benefit to farmers, women empowerment and revolutionary initiative of health cover to all under the Prime Minister’s Ayushman Bharat programme.

He said the people are witness to the country’s journey to Atamnirbhar Bharat, aimed at boosting growth and generating employment during the toughest of the times when the economies of many countries crashed.

Referring to his interactions with the BJP Karykartas in general and people of Himachal Pradesh in particular, Mr Devender Rana noted with a sense of pride the mass urge about strengthening the hands of the Prime Minister, who they see as Yughpurush.

Being a humble part of the world’s largest political party gives a sense of belonging in the great effort of nation building. He referred to the acknowledgement about India’s growth by renowned CEO Mckinsey & Co. Mr. Bob Sternfels, who observed recently, ‘ It is not India’s decade, its India’s century’ and this is due to the revolutionary, transformative initiatives taken by the BJP Government led by world leader Prime Minister Modi in the last eight years.

“We have to be part of maintaining the Prime Minister’s momentum towards India becoming a world leader”, Mr Devender Rana said and called upon the BJP functionaries and Karykartas to contribute in this regard. He said a prosperous, developed and peaceful Himachal Pradesh will incentivize the efforts of Yashaswi Narendra Modi in leading the nation with vigour and commitment.
