A small town girl from Kharar, Sayisha Gupta, became the 2nd runner-up in the reality show Superstar Singer season 2 which started in January 2022. In this show, only teenagers aged between 7 and 15 can participate. The judges for the 2nd season were Himesh Reshammiya, Javed Ali, and Alka Yagnik. Sayisha from Kharar, Punjab has magic in her voice. She is only 7 years old now. At this age, she has become a kid icon, which will inspire other children to come and show their skills.
The 2nd season came to an end on September 3 when Faiz Mohamad won the trophy of season 2nd also awarded Rs 15,00,000. The other 6 top contestants have received an educational trip worth 5,00,000 each. Mani from Dharamkot is announced 1st runner up and Sayisha Gupta from Kharar is announced as 2nd runner up.
Though this adorable girl couldn’t win the trophy of the show, her cute behaviour in the show and the ‘chic-chic’ which she did in the show with the judges grabbed the attention of the audience. When she arrived on stage for her performance, her melodious voice won the hearts of an endless number of fans who followed this show.
In the grand finale, she again grabbed the hearts of everyone through her performance, which she gave in the grand finale with her cute face and endearing pink dress. She is also addressed as the ‘Pink girl’. Further, it has also been reported that Hema Malini would invite Sayisha to her house so that she could teach music to her grandchildren, Radhya and Darien.
This pink girl not only sings very well but also has a lovely personality that is beloved by her fans and judges. This wonder girl has become a fan favourite in no time. Her talent and her pure heart have led her to these heights.
While visiting the 5 Dariya News office, it has come to notice that her mother, Shrijna Gupta, always seems behind her. Everywhere she visits her grandfather, Jagdish Gupta has always supported her. Sayisha studied at Rayan International School, Sector 49, Chandigarh. She is an active child and never misses any chance to participate in any school event. At a very early age, she had the chance to meet with the legendary artist Gurdas Maan and many more. The aspiring singer is part of team Pawandeep Ranjan in show Superstar Singer 2.
Sayisha, the 2nd Runner-Up of this season, was welcomed at the airport and home by her family and neighbours. Moreover, it has also come to notice that she has been learning singing lessons from her guru, Lal Kamal, at Lal Kamal Music Academy since last year.
