In this article, we will discuss the Negative consequences of the phone, blue light, of which we are all unaware. A study by scientists has revealed that the blue light of smartphones, laptops and iPads and other digital devices we use in our daily life can ruin the vision of our eyes.
When we use these devices, a white or blue light comes from them, and that particular light can really cause a huge pessimistic impact throughout life in the long term, but we are still not aware of it and keep using our devices because this is the time where no one can spend a single minute without their cell phones. Our phones can cause the early death of a person as per his/her life span. In short, we have declined in age as expected. That blue light causes wrinkles on the face, lack of sleep, and early ageing of an individual.
All this information shared by Jadwiga Giebultowicz, professor at Oregon State University and the main leader of the study told, “Excessive Exposure to blue light from everyday devices such as televisions, phones, laptops may have detrimental effects on a wide range of cells in our body, from skin and fat cells to sensory neurons”.
For this study, they exposed the fruit flies to blue light, and then compared their level from the level of metabolites in flies unveiled to blue light and kept them in a completely dark room for two weeks, as a result they find that the metabolites in the cells of flying heads were altered after the exposure to blue light, as the exposure to blue light the cells are not performing and tthey would lead to immediate premature
cell death. By knowing the pessimistic impact of such kinds of devices we can not stop to use them as negligible but at least we can restrict ourselves to using them without any work or need.
