Inderjit Nikku’s video of himself conversing with a Hindu saint has been viral all over the internet. In the video, Nikku has been pouring his heart out and expressing his current crisis. After the video went viral, many people criticised him as a promotional strategy, but others supported him and backed the artist as he had been through bad times.
First Diljit Dosanjh extended his support which broke the intent, and soon after the news went viral and other Punjabi artists also lent their help for the Inderjit Nikku. But now, veteran artists have taken to social media to break the silence on the subject. The ‘Collage’ singer has shared a heartfelt note in which he explained that he didn't need financial help, in spite of his wish to have the support of his fans and people from the industry. He wants to serve his Punjabi heritage and Punjabi mother tongue at global shows. He thanked everyone who showed support for him in this tough time.

In the long punjabi note Nikku wrote, “Heartfelt love and respect to all lovers The way you are giving love and support, my whole family can't explain the feeling of happiness and encouragement. Support from my entire industry, singers, writers, music directors, music companies, my promoter brothers abroad, my well wishers overseas, T.V channels, social network, print media and press media, many many thanks to all.”
The Paggri artist continued by writing, “Second thing from my heart: - I request everyone with folded hands, that I don't need money, I need your support. Include us in your happiness as before, face to face with Punjabi people in different countries, give us a chance to serve Punjabi heritage and Punjabi mother tongue”
Not only Diljit Dosanjh but many artists like Gippy Grewal, Parmish Verma, Harbhajan Mann, and other new and veteran artists opened their love and support for Inderjit Nikku.
