NRLM, Kathua today handed over 18 thousand flags to Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rahul Pandey here at DC Office complex.These flags have been made by the members of self help groups of National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) Kathua.
The Deputy Commissioner lauded the efforts of NRLM Kathua and the whole team of Self Help Groups for coming up with 18 thousand flags in the shortest possible time. He said the Flags received will be distributed among the people so that the object of Har Ghar Tiranga campaign can be achieved in the district.
