To promote Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign launched under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a theme based Nukkad Natak was today organized by the Department of Music of Government College for Women Udhampur, in collaboration with NSS Unit and Department of Zoology   to aware the students about Har Ghar Tiranga .

 Principal of the College Dr. Monika Sharma was the Special Guest on the occasion.Deliberating upon the aims and objectives of Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, Dr. Monika Sharma said that the campaign has been launched  under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage students to bring the Tiranga home and hoist it to mark the 75th  year of India’s Independence from 13th  to 15th  August, 2022.  

 “For this purpose a comprehensive activity plan has been prepared by the different departments, Units and Clubs of the college through which awareness is being spread among the students as well as general masses for maximum participation and importance of Har Ghar Tiranga campaign will be spread,” she added.

Earlier, Students of GCW Udhampur which included Saher Shakeel, Sanjana Thakur, Vishakha Gandotra, Neha, Radhika Sharma, Shabnam, Taniya and Nazmeen of Semester 4th presented a theme based Nukkad Natak for generating awareness on Har Ghar Tiranga.

 Among others, HOD Music, Dr. Seema Sharma,  Prof. Sumita Rao,  Prof. Shallu Jasrotia, Dr. Sanajay Kumar, Prof. Yash Kumar and other senior faculty members, non-teaching staff and students were also present on the occasion.
