PCS Officers Association Calls On Chief Secretary, PS To CM

Punjab Civil Service Officers Association has called on the Chief Secretary V.K. Janjua to extend a warm welcome besides assuring the latter that the Association is fully committed to achieve the administrative goals within stipulated time frame.The office bearers of the Association along with the working president PCS Major Amit Sareen, who is holding the charge as ADC (G)Jalandhar and Dr. Ankur Mahindroo met the Chief Secretary at Punjab Civil Secretariat. 

The members apprised the CS that the officers would make all out efforts to discharge their duties with utmost dedication and professional commitment so as to deliver the service to common masses without any undue delay.After having met with the Chief Secretary, Major Amit Sareen, who is also working president of the association said the Association extended welcome to the former during a courtesy call. 

He reiterated that they would  strive hard to further maintain people-friendly system in officers to facilitate large number of people visiting offices daily for their routine works.Meanwhile, the Chief Secretary assured fulsome support and cooperation would be extended to Association so that the officers could meet the given targets in large public interest.

Later on, the members also met CM’s Principal Secretary A. Venu  Prasad and discussed various issues to increase efficiency of officers in field.Prominent amongst those present on the occasion included Rajesh Tripathi,Tarsem Chand,Keshav Goyal,Deepak Rohela,Arvind Kumar, Sandeep Garha, Kamal Garg and Sukhjeetpal Singh etc.
