Deputy Commissioner Samba, Anuradha Gupta today reviewed the functioning and the delivery of services by the revenue department here at a meeting held in the Mini conference hall, DC Office complex.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Suram Chand Sharma; Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ravinder Kumar; Sub Divisional Magistrate Vijaypur, Vinay Sharma; Sub Divisional Magistrate Ghagwal, Ramkesh Sharma besides all Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed status of updating and Digitisation of Jamabandies, status of generation of property cards under SVAMITVA schemes, delineation/demarcation of land recorded as Gair Mumkin khad, Darya, Nallha, choi etc in revenue Records, eviction of unauthorized occupants of state land, Common land, status of revenue court cases on RCCMS portal, demarcation of pending JDA land, besides grievances disposal of received through Jammu & Kashmir – Integrated Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (JK-IGRAMS), land acquisition, compensation disbursement and other issues.
She directed revenue field staff to disseminate information about the public camps scheduled for fair and transparent disbursement of land compensation to the owners whose land has been acquired for DAK Express Way.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed on ensuring zero pendency and warned that action shall be taken against the erring officials for delaying delivery of online revenue services. The DC directed tehsildar Bari-Brahmana to immediately demarcate JDA lands and submit the action taken report to her office.
She also emphasized upon generating maximum awareness among masses on availing the revenue services including Apki Zameen Apki Nigrani, issuance of online fard etc.
