ADDC Kishtwar reviews progress of deliverables and online services

To review the action taken on deliverables and designated online services provided for the first quarter of year 2022-23, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar Sham Lal today chaired a meeting of the officers of different departments here at Conference Hall of DC office Complex Kishtwar.

Joint Director Planning Mohd Iqbal, DPO Kishtwar Sunil Bhutyal, DSEO, DSWO  ALC,CAHO,CMO,CEO besides other District /Sectoral Officers attended the meeting.The ADDC took a comprehensive review of all the Departments regarding achievement of deliverables and designated online services till date in 23 sectors like Health, Housing and Urban Development , Transport, Industries Department, JPDCL, PWD, Jal Shakti Department, Labour and Employment Department, Education Department, Social Welfare Department, RDD, Youth Services and Sports, Information Department etc.

The district heads of these Departments reported in detail on the progress made under deliverables and online services.ADDC Kishtwar directed the officers to adhere to the timeline set by the government besides emphasizing the need to put in extra efforts to achieve the targets set under the developmental indicators to ensure the improvement in the ranking of District Kishtwar on the performance index.

He directed to completely switch over of 178 designated services of different departments to online mode in consonance to the realisation of targets under developmental deliverables rolled out by the Jammu and Kashmir Government and furnish the report regarding their achievements on a regular basis failing to which will bring stringent actions on defaulters.

During the meeting, Joint Director Planning Mohd Iqbal conducted a demonstration on the various insights of Jan Bhagidari initiative of Govt of UT J&K and stressed all the district officers and  BDOs to make aware the people about this initiative and particularly  the developmental works taken in their respective areas  during the Block Diwas programmes so that the  real time monitoring and effective implementation of flagship and other government schemes at the grassroots level is ensured.
