To make the District Officers familiar with the functioning of Rehbar-e-Kulgam web Portal, a training session for Officers was today held at the mini-secretariat, here.The training programme was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat.
On the occasion it was informed that the District Administration Kulgam is officially going to launch this portal very soon with URL: https://rehbarkulgam.com/index.php to facilitate unemployed youth and beneficiaries of the district to have easy access and apply for establishing their ventures in different fields under various self employment schemes and programmes of the government.
During this training session officers through a live demonstration were sensitized about the functioning of the Portal.It was informed that through this online portal unemployed youth/beneficiaries can apply through online mode and need not to visit offices and Portal will also facilitate the applicant to check online status of the application any time.
