District Development Commissioner, Udhampur Krittika Jyotsna today convened a meeting of officers of different departments to review the status and tendering of the development works under District Capex Budget including Area Development plan 2022-23.
Threadbare discussions were held on various aspects related to Centrally sponsored & State sector schemes under District Capex Budget 2022-23. The meeting reviewed status of tendering, allotments , bills drawn for the work done, claims of the approved works, Timeline for completion, Status of work of others departments, New works, Regular component of works, Month wise book of expenditure, new projects of Health , Education, R&B, PDD, PHE, Ground water, YSS, Agriculture, Sheep Husbandry and Horticulture sectors.
The DDC asked the officers to expedite the tendering and adhere to the timeline of all the works. The DDC directed the officers of concerned departments to complete all the formalities and start the work on priority basis. Executing agencies were asked to ensure that the allotted works were completed by July ending this year.
