3 day Cleanliness cum beautification drive concludes in PSPS Govt PG College for Women

Three day Cleanliness cum beautification drive organised from June 23, 2022 to  June 25, 2022 concluded today here in Padma Shri Padma Sachdev Govt. PG College for Women, Gandhi Nagar. 

Thirty  NCC cadets of  2 J&K Girls Bn, 42 cadets of 1J&K Girls Bn, and 24 cadets of 1J&K Naval unit enthusiastically participated in the three day long activities including painting of terracotta pots, trees, poles, grills, water points etc.

The drive enhanced the ambience of the College. The principal of the College, Prof. Minu Mahajan appreciated the efforts of the ANOs for conducting this wonderful drive in the College premises. 

She also applauded the cadets for the marvellous work done by them in contributing towards the beautification of College. “Maintaining cleanliness is an essential part of healthy living because it helps to improve our personality by keeping clean externally and internally” she  emphasised. 

She further said that God resides in that place where there is cleanliness, and, hence, these drives will definitely motivate the young cadets to contribute towards society.

ANOs of the college, Lt. Dr. Revika Arora, SLt. Dr. Neelima Gupta, Lt. Suman Bala and Prof. Poonam conducted the cleanliness and beautification drive.
