DC Reasi reviews disposal of public grievances

Deputy Commissioner, Reasi Babila Rakwal today convened a meeting of officers of line departments to review the disposal of  public grievances received on JKIGRAM.The DC  directed the  Officers to ensure speedy disposal of pending grievances as per the directions of LG Administration. 

She asked the departments to resolve all the pending grievances within one day  and furnish the report to her office.Officers were instructed to reply and upload the received grievances  on the portal on the same day.She took department wise review of disposal of grievances of JKIGRAM and sought feedback from the officers.

She emphasized that most of the departments have one pendency while few departments were piling up the grievances. The DC directed   the officer to speed up the disposal and submit the  report at an earliest. Among others, ADC Abdul Star, CPO Sunita Kanchan, ACR, ACD,  CMO, CAO, CHO, DSHO, DSWO, ARTO, DTO and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
