Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today chaired a meeting of concerned officers to review the process of e-procurement of the dietary and non dietary items for the Bal-Ashram and Nari Nikatan.
Officers present in the meeting included CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; DSWO, Wakeel Ahmed Bhatt; DTO and other concerned officers.The meeting was informed that the procurement of dietary and non dietary items for Bal Ashram and Nari Nikatan was being done through JK e tenders and three bidders have participated in the tendering process.
It was also apprised that the rates quoted by the lowest bidder were more than the Government rates. The DC asked for holding negotiations with the successful bidder to allot the tenders at the earliest.
