Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) presented the report card of the Mann government’s 50 days in Punjab and claimed that Bhagwant Mann led Punjab government’s performance is unprecedent. On Thursday, in a joint press conference at the party headquarters, AAP MLAs Jeevan Jyot Kaur, Amritpal Singh Sukhanand, Devinder Jeet Singh Laddi Dhos and party's chief spokesperson Malwinder Singh Kang said that Mann government, in 50 days, provided employment to the youth, security to the common people and ensured corruption free governance. In such a short span of time, AAP government has outperformed not only Punjab’s previous governments, but the governments of other states of the country.

Praising Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, AAP MLA from Amritsar East, Jeevan Jyot Kaur told the media that the Mann government is working expeditiously in this direction so that the youth of Punjab can get good education and employment opportunities in Punjab itself. In just one and a half months we have announced more than 26000 job vacancies in various departments of Punjab Government and initiated recruitment process too. This is for the first time in 75 years, Punjabis are feeling that Aam Aadmi Party government is their own government. The hope and confidence with which the people of Punjab had elected Aam Aadmi Party, CM Bhagwant Mann is completely living up to that trust and taking pro-people decisions every day.

MLA Amritpal Singh Sukhanand said that like the previous Congress and Akali-BJP governments, AAP government is not running on commission and bribery. At the time of elections Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had promised the people of Punjab that the Aam Aadmi Party government would work on a mission of transforming Punjab into a prosperous state. And 50 days’ performance of Mann government substantiates the direction of this mission. He said that the opposition parties are constantly trying to deviate the government from its vision, but Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is working day and night for the welfare of the people of Punjab.MLA Devinder Jeet Singh Laddi Dhos reiterated that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann took many historical decisions for the people of Punjab. In his first cabinet meeting itself, he announced 25,000 jobs for the youth. Toll free number was issued to eliminate corruption. In the upcoming time, Mann government will announce more jobs and take more pro-people decisions to take Punjab on the path progress.
