After one month of formation of the new government, CM Yogi Adityanath is all set with a future action plan that has been prepared and discussed with the new elected ministers and key officials today at Lucknow.The ministers of the state government will reach to districts for feedback of the schemes of the government and the problems of the people.The report has to be submitted by 15 May has been set as the date for submitting the feedback reviews concerning the implementation of law order schemes, of every district.Nodal officers along with the ministers will also move in the field. Mandal meetings will be held on Friday, saturday and Sundays. The Group of Ministers will hold a divisional review meeting concerning the problems, suggestions and their diagnosis. Districts can be connected virtually including local representatives as well as former representatives.
There must be participation of local public representatives in this too as advised by CM. Conduction of programs like Jan Chaupal, direct communication, surprise visits to block/tehsil during the tour. Communicate directly with the public. Make surprise visits to any one development block/tehsil, full details of women safety matters, prosecution status in SC/ST cases, police patrolling, child sex offences, businessmen's problems, gangster action etc, are the steps discussed to be adopted by officials as well as misinters.
Ministers and officers visiting other states/nations, after returning, will make a presentation before the Council of Ministers about their experiences/new information.All ministers will have to compulsorily stay in the capital on Monday and Tuesday. from Friday to Sunday.
