Mohali , 04 Feb 2022

Sanjeev Vashisht, candidate of BJP, from Mohali campaigned door to door in Phase-11.While sharing their grievances residents of Phase-11 told Sanjeev Vashisht they are annoyed with Congress and other parties as after informing repeatedly about wrong constructed sewerage system and getting it clogged  at many places or  overflowing. Due to lack of proper drainage, the whole area gets submerged in water even after little rain. no party has  care to pay  heed to resolve t these problems .In addition to this , houses were mostly allotted to the victims of 1984 riots in 1987 and now are in worse condition . There is always the fear of accident as the power lines are also exposed at some places.

Addressing the gathering, Sanjeev Vashisht assured the residents to resolve their problems on priority basis . He further alleged that people of Punjab are exasperated with the corrupt Congress government of last five years and are keen to bring BJP government in Punjab.According to him the centre Government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi,  run many schemes in the interest of the country, and welfare of the people to benefit the people, that was the main cause BJP got majority in 2014 and 2019. The statistics also show that the country believes in the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The previous governments have indebted Punjab to Rs. 2.82 crore.  Now people want a double engine BJP government in Punjab so that Punjab  can also flourish .

Vashisht also slammed Aam Aadmi Party president Kejriwal's attempt to fool Punjabis by showing false dreams of Delhi model and said that Kejriwal is an opportunistic, who has come to Punjab to make money by selling tickets to the rich. Mohali's candidate Kulwant Singh joined the Aam Aadmi Party overnight and bought a ticket. Otherwise, no party will give a ticket to a man who has lost a councilor's ticket. He stressed Congress and the Akali Dal are just family oriented parties for whom politics is a business  thats why  they spread corruption to earn more on their tenure  but BJP is not a family oriented party.A large number of BJP supportes including Sanjeev Joshi, Seema, Madan Goyal, Pritam Rana, Raghbir Chand, Chaman Lal, Anjali Sharma, Vyas Gupta, Sunita Rani, Vinod Gupta, Anjali Devi participated in the door to door election campaign to appealed to the people to vote for the BJP candidate.
