Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab co-in-charge Raghav Chadha hammared the announcement of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi contesting from two assembly constituencies. In a press conference at the party headquarters on Monday, Chadha said that Chief Minister Channi is also contesting from Bhadaur due to fear of defeat in his own assembly constituency Chamkaur Sahib.Taking a dig at Chief Minister Channi, Chadha said that Punjab can never be safe in the hands of a Chief Minister who is facing the accusation of operating the sand mafia. People of Punjab will never like sand mafia. Seeing the mood of the public, he has understood that he is losing his constituency Chamkaur Sahib. So he is contesting from Bhadaur as well as from Chamkaur Sahib.

Talking about the crores of rupees seized in the house of Channi’s nephew in ED raids Chadha said that when his relatives collected crores of rupees during his 111 days of government, it is hard to guess how much property and crores Channi would have amassed if he had been the Chief Minister for five years. Chadha said that Chief Minister Channi, who called himself poor, made himself as well as many of his relatives millionaires in just 111 days. Crores of rupees in cash, money trail, expensive vehicles and property papers recovered in the ED raid on his nephew's house are proof of this. The people of his assembly constituency Chamkaur Sahib are demanding an answer from him, but instead of an answer, Channi has changed his constituency.Chadha said that the love and blessings of the people of Punjab are with the Aam Aadmi Party. Aam Aadmi Party will win with an overwhelming majority and will give a stable and honest government to Punjab. AAP's government will provide all kinds of basic amenities and facilitate the people of every section of the state and will make Punjab a happy and prosperous again.
