Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan today visited Bal Ashram Manjakote to assess the facilities being provided to the inmates there.While interacting with the inmates of the Bal Ashram, the DC took stock of the facilities being provided to them. He also inquired about the needs and their requirements to ease their lives in the Ashram.It was apprised that the path leading to the Ashram has dilapidated due to floods. The DC asked the concerned from the PWD to take appropriate measures to mitigate the sufferings of the students.
He also directed the staff of the Ashram to ensure proper cleanliness and better facilities to the inmates.While inquiring about the functioning of the hostel mess, he directed the hostel administration to maintain cleanliness in and around the hostel and serve a healthy diet to the inmates.He also urged the students to give priority to education, dream big and work hard with dedication and determination to achieve the desired goals of their life.
