On the eve of National Unity Day (Rashtriya Ekta Diwas), the Chief Engineer R&B Kashmir, Rafiq Ahmad Rafiq today administered oath to the officers and officials, here. The pledge taking ceremony was attended by Superintending Engineers, Nayeem Khan and Qayoom Kirmani besides all Executive Engineers and officials.The participants pledged to dedicate themselves to preserve the unity, integrity and security of the nation and also strive hard to spread this message among the fellow countrymen.On the occasion, the Chief Engineer highlighted the role of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in upholding the Indian Unity and stated that the Sardar Patel worked on national integration and devoted his life to the nation. He said that there should be the spirit of unification among us to ensure unity, integrity and security of the nation.
