Bathinda/Mansa , 17 May 2013

The Punjab Revenue and Public Relations Minister Mr. Bikram Singh Majithia today urged the President of India to form a caretaker government at centre as the present congress led UPA-2 is hell bent upon to loot the national resources presuming its impending humiliating defeat in coming general elections.

Addressing a series of election rallies in favour of SAD-BJP candidates for Zila Parishad and Block Samiti elections at Boha & Joga in Mansa and  Kot Shamir & Goniana in Bathinda districts respectively, Mr. Majithia said that the present Congress led UPA government has become identical to major scams, shameless loot of national resources, roof piercing inflation and complete politicization of premier national agencies. Besides this, pathetic law & order situation of national capital was also making it a fit case for installation of caretaker government at Centre. He said that whichever the scam unearthed in the country, the leaders of Congress and its allies parties were found fully hand in glove with the beneficiaries and went on to cool their heels at  "Tihar Jail". He said that the inefficiency of Union Home Ministry and Congress led Delhi government came to fore with projection of national capital as Rape Capital in media worldwide and number of countries were forced to issue advisories to their citizens especially women visiting India to be careful because the Indian government was proved to be a failure in providing adequate safety to women.

Taking to the task the PPCC President Partap Singh Bajwa and his predecessor Capt. Amarinder Sngh for their daily chanting for imposition of President's rule in the state, Mr. Majithia reminded them that the people of Punjab were repeatedly rejecting the propaganda of Congress at every front, be it Vidhan Sabha elections or Municipal Corporations elections. He expressed confidence that Congress would also never forget its drubbing in ongoing PRIs elections. He said that the congress leader duo was fully frustrated, one due to his "Political unemployment" and the other finding his state president seat too hot to handle with over ambitious fellow congressmen keeping him always on toes. He said that the dream of congress for proxy rule through President's Rule would never be realized and it should also forget to make any come back in next 25 years. He pointed out that it was a history that whichever state had rejected congress twice, this party of "leaders" only could not win back the hearts of the people there.Exhorting the people to extend their whole heart support to the SAD-BJP combine candidates for Zila Parishad and Block Samities elections, Mr. Majithia reiterated the SAD-BJP alliance’s commitment to create world class infrastructure in rural areas on the pattern of urban areas.

Prominent amongst others who addressed these election rallies included; Mr. Sikander Singh Maluka, Education Minister, Mr. Sarup Chand Singla, Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Mr. Maheshinder Singh Grewal, Advisor to Chief Minister, Mr. Prem Mittal, MLA Mansa, Mr. Darshan Singh Kot Fatta, MLA Bathinda Rural,Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Biroke, Ex MLA, Mayor Mr. Baljit Singh Beer Behman,  Mr. Gurpreet Singh Banawali, Mr. Gurpreet Singh Jhabbar, SGPC Member, Mr. Om Parkash Sharma and Mr. Baldev Singh Makha, Mr. Kulwant Singh Samri (Boha zone), Mrs. Simarjeet Kaur (Joga zone).
