Vice Chairperson District Development Council (DDC) Kupwara, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir today visited various areas of Lolab sub division including Sogam, Diver, Dardpora, Hayatpora, Lalpora and Batnard Khurhama to take appraisal of the issues and grievances of general public.During the visit, the VC interacted with various people and public delegations and heard their issues and grievances. The major issues raised include Construction and Macadamization of various roads of Lolab sub division, upgradation of water supply schemes, irrigation schemes and uninterrupted power supply.The Vice Chairperson gave patient hearing to the grievances and issues of the public and assured them for resolution of their genuine demands.He also paid heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families who lost their loved ones in the past few months.Various Sarpanches, Panches, senior citizens, senior workers and Civil Society members accompanied the Vice Chairperson.
