The District Planning Committee (DPC) Doda has approved an annual Plan of Rs 760.60 crore for the year 2021-22, here at a meeting.The meeting was attended by District Development Council Chairperson, Dhananter Singh Kotwal, Vice Chairperson, Sangeeta Rani Bhagat and other PRI members.Besides, Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Sharma; ADDC Mohammad Hanief Malik; CPO, ACD, ACP, Ex. Engineers and other concerned officers also participated in the meeting.The Plan includes UT component of Rs 1010.55 lakh, loan component Rs 2648.68 Lakh and Central share of Rs 58658.08 lakh, for giving impetus to developmental activities in the district.It was given out that under PRI grants, Rs 23.30 Lakh would be allocated per Panchayat, Rs 25 lakh per Block for Block Development Council and Rs 10 Crore grant to District Development Council that shall be made part of Capex budget in addition to other sectors.During the meeting, the Chairman DDC exhorted the officers to take the development on a mission mode basis to extend the benefits of  the same to the general public.
