Ramban admin braces for launching e-Suvidha mobile app to facilitate people

To facilitate the people, the District Administration Ramban has developed a mobile application named e-Suvidha, which shall bring many public delivery services and departments on the digital platform.The initiative has been taken on the directions of the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat issued during weekly review meeting.In this regard, a meeting was chaired   by the Deputy Commissioner, Mussarat Islam, today to clear the decks for the launch of the app. The meeting was attended by Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Mohammad Farid Bhat and the District Informatics Officer, NIC, Ramban, Naveen Ahlawat.The DIO informed the meeting that the app will be launched after a final trial run next week. He said the app will be available on Google Play-store after posting all the important services and data.Highlighting the main features of the application, the DIO said going to be a game changer, the e-Suvidha will   provide access to people to all basic services like plumbing, electric works, mobile and laptop troubleshooting, masonry, carpentry and skilled jobs on a digital platform with a click on the mobile phones. The application shall also link many important departments like Health, Community Service Centres, Food & Civil Supplies, Banks and other financial institutions.
