The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Anantnag, Anshul Garg today reviewed the progress of Major developmental and PMDP projects in a meeting, here.The meeting was informed about the major and PMDP projects along with the status of under execution or stalled in the sectors of Jal Shakti, R&B, PMGSY, JKPCC, Power Projects, Tourism, J&K Sports Council, Tourism, Health and other sectors.It was given out that some projects are stuck for want of administrative approval, technical sanction or some other issues.
The DDC directed the concerned officers to expedite all the formalities in this regard and ensure that the projects are completed in due time for larger public interest.He also stressed upon the officers to accelerate the pace of work and complete the works within the stipulated time period.Among others, the meeting was attended by SE Jal Shakti, SE Power Projects, Exens R & B, DGM JKPCC, CMO, CPO, AD Planning and other concerned officers.
