Governor Bandaru Dattatraya paid floral tribute to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on his 125th birth anniversary, at Raj Bhavan.He said that Netaji was one of our most beloved national heroes who made an extraordinary contribution to India’s freedom struggle. He said that the nation will always remember his sacrifice for the independence of the country.He said that in order to remember Netaji’s selfless service to the nation, his birthday was being celebrated as ‘Parakram Diwas’ to inspire people to act with fortitude in the face of adversity as Netaji did, and to infuse in them a spirit of patriotic fervour.
