A Boy from South Kashmiri's Awantipora area of Pulwama District become Valley's first Youngest Pilot.Farhan Majeed who is Valley's First youngest male pilot. At the age of just 20 he added wings to his dreams by getting Commercial Pilot Liscence. Before that Ayesha Aziz had become the youngest female pilot from Kashmir valley."While talking to news portal Farhan Majeed, belongs from Awantipora of district Pulwama, did his schooling from Mantaqui Higher Secondary School (A Unit of Islamic University of Science and Technology).“After finishing 12th class, he joined flying academy Global Konnect Aviation Services Pvt Ltd in Uttarakhand,” The thing that fascinated him to become a pilot was the thought of flying an airplane. “I was clueless about this profession and would be always spend hours on the Internet to know how to pursue this career. Then finally with the help of Allah I got the opportunity to start my career in aviation and now Alhamdullillah become the youngest one holds Indian Commercial Pilot Liscence in Kashmir valley, he said.Farhan Majeed has been very lucky that he got full support of his family both financially and emotionally in persuing his dream.Son of a Mathematics Lecturer Mr Ab Majeed Bagow and Mother Fahmeeda Akhter who is also a teacher said that they kept supporting their son even many people didn't want him to go into this field. It did hurt us but we never backed down.We are all very proud of him.Farhan Majeed said that everybody has a potential to do something especially in young Kashmiri youth.
