The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat, today listened to public issues, grievances and demands during a block devas programme organized at Block Devsar.Speaking on the Occasion, DDC said that the main objective of the programme is to mitigate the issues and grievances of the people.He also listened grievances and issues of people for redressal.DDC also apprised the participants about various schemes and asked the people to get enrolled under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) SEHAT.Meanwhile, the District Administration Kulgam organised Mega Block Diwas at three blocks- Devsar, Kulgam and D.H.Pora of the district to take appraisal of the public issues, grievances and demands.The officers and officials from line departments listened to issues, grievances and demands of the people for timely redressal at all the three venues.The programme was attended by common people from the area besides PRI members.
