District Level Review Committee (DLRC) meeting of District Doda was convened here today under the chairmanship of District Development Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode.At the outset, Lead District Manager, gave a powerpoint presentation on the achievements of the banks operating in the district under District Credit Plan 2020-21 upto ending September quarter.The DDC directed the banks to improve the performance under priority lending sector and expand the banking facility across the district with utmost priority.

While reviewing the progress of government sponsored schemes under implementation in the district, the DDC expressed satisfaction over the performance of Agriculture and District industries department which recorded disbursement of Rs 12.46 cr under PMEGP and Rs 104.81 cr among 56609 KCC beneficiaries during the current financial year.

The DDC asked the departments to expedite the progress under Govt sponsored schemes, while the banks were directed to clear all the pendencies so that young entrepreneurs could avail the benefits without any further delay.Later, the DDC unveiled the booklet of Potential Linked Credit Plan 2021-22 prepared by DDM, NABARD Doda to the tune of Rs 633.63 Crore, keeping in view the last three year performance/achievement of various financial institutions working in the district and also Infrastructure potential available in the areas of operation.The meeting was attended by GM DIC Doda, CPO Doda, CHO, CAO,DSWO Doda, DIO Doda, CAHO, AD Fisheries, Sheep Husbandry Officer Doda, besides Officer's of Various bank's were also present.
