DC Udhampur reviews revenue related issues of Defence

Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Dr Piyush Singla today chaired a meeting of officers of Revenue department, Defence Estate department and Army Authorities to review the revenue related issues of Defense.Detailed discussions were held on various issues pertaining to land acquisition, requisition cases of Army, CRPF and other issues related to land cases in the district Udhampur. Defence Estate Officer, Revenue department, Army Authorities and Collector Defence were asked to frame weekly roaster for joint inspection of spots, while Army authorities were asked to submit weekly action taken report.The concerned officers were directed to dispose of all pending issues in a time bound manner. Collector defence apprised that most of long pending issues have been resolved.Among others, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Viqar Giri, Collector Defence, Akhtar Qazi, Army Officers, Tehsildar Udhampur Amit Verma, representative of defence estate department and other revenue officers were present in the meeting .
