Chief Secretary Anil Khachi releases poetry collection 'Udgaar'

Chief Secretary Anil Khachi here today released poetry collection 'Udgaar' written by Manmohan Sharma. There are 74 poems relating to various aspects of life in the collection of poems.Chief Secretary expressed happiness and congratulated the poet for his work. He said that Manmohan Sharma has been writing poems since last 30 years which have been published in various publications.  Additional Director Treasury, Accounts and Lotteries Deepak Bhardwaj, Additional Director Finance and Accounts Services Hiramani Verma, Joint Director Arun Ojaha and P.L. Sharma, Deputy Director Yudhveer Singh Thakur were also present on the occasion.
