Ramban admin bringing out Coffee Table Book on major achievements

District administration Ramban is going to bring out a Coffee Table Book encapsulating the major achievements of government departments besides capturing the different stages of project implementation.In this regard, District Development Commissioner, Nazim Zai Khan, today convened a meeting of district and Sectoral officers to discuss the modalities for publishing Coffee Table Book (CTB).ADC, Ashok Sharma, ACD, Zameer Ahmed Rishu, DPO, Sunil Bhutyal, ALC, AD Employment, XENs of PWD, PHE, PMGSY and PDD, DFOs, CEO, EO MC and several other officers attended the meeting.The DDC constituted a 4 member committee headed by Chief Planning Officer (CPO), Dr. Kasturi Lal comprising officers and officials of different departments for the execution of the Project.He directed the officers to provide relevant pictures, videos and other necessary information to the committee for publication in CTB.The DDC impressed upon the officers to avail this opportunity to highlight achievements of their respective departments.He said that it would intensify the Information, Education and Communication (IEC) activities in the district besides sensitize the public about the development Scenario of their local area and the district.He said that it will showcase the key milestones achieved under different schemes taken up by the departments   and shall be the best sensitization activity for awareness about different schemes.He encouraged the department to undertake such kind of IEC activities for portrayal as well as dissemination of vision and mission of their departments.
