DC Anantnag reviews Yatra arrangements for transit camp Mirbazar

The Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, K. K Sidha today chaired a meeting of officers and engineers of various departments to finalise arrangements at transit camp FCI Godown, Mir Bazaar for  SANJY  2020.The DC directed the concerned officers to ensure all the arrangements are put in place by 8th of July 2020 to ensure smooth conduct of yatra.The DC directed CMO Anantnag and BMO Qazigund to establish Medical Aid Camps (MAC) with all facilities, equipment and deployment of doctors and paramedical staff at the proposed site.The Ex. Er’s of R&B, PDD and PHE were directed for furnishing three halls with 50 folding beds, uninterrupted power and water supply ,installation of wall fans and functioning of wash rooms  besides providing parking facilities for the vehicles near the main gate of FCI Godown .The MC and FCS&CA were directed to ensure santisation of the entire area and dumping of essential commodities like rice, sugar and LPG respectively besides fire and emergency department was also directed to make available a fire tender at the venue.The meeting was attended by the ADC, Gh. Hassan Sheikh, CMO Anantnag, Ex. Er’s of R&B, PDD and PHE departments.
