To give a fight to the Coronavirus through precautions, the Panchayat Department has started creating awareness at the root level on Covid-19, by asking the people to use masks, sanitization of hands from time to time maintain social distancing and avoiding movement without any specific purpose.Gurpal Singh Chahal, Deputy Commissioner said, the aim of Mission Fateh is to create awareness among the people by visiting door to door by the local panchayat members to combat the spread of coronavirus, as per the schedule.Divulging more on this,, DDPO Harjinder Singh said, while the ration during corona pandemic has been distributed to the needy people in the villages by the sarpanchs and panchs, now awareness campaign has also been started besides putting them wiser about the downloading of COVA App and associating in the Mission Fateh.He said, it has become necessary to following the instructions from the district administration and health department from time to time to stop the spread of coronavirus and cooperating the frontline warriors, who are working day and time to give a tough fight to the Covid-19, by risking their lives.
